You should be aware that Elggo’s team make no claims regarding the effectiveness of the platform “Elggo” for any specific individual. The screening tests within Elggo are intended solely for identifying anxiety and depressive symptoms and are not designed to provide a formal diagnosis. Additionally, the personality, stress, and attitude scales used in Elggo’s program are intended solely to provide informational insights. Students experiencing stress or depression are strongly advised to seek guidance from a healthcare professional.
Elggo is a platform that is implemented during school advisory sessions, with a focus on promoting well-being, emotional intelligence, and resilience among students. These sessions are designed to seamlessly integrate into the school's schedule, minimizing disruption to the academic curriculum while maximizing the impact on students' mental and emotional growth. We offer teachers a well-being curriculum and students personalized well-being pathways, utilizing insights derived from their data through our AI, which identifies and addresses their challenges. The data collected from students will be utilized to input into the model and conduct research.
You are not granted any ownership rights or licenses to use such intellectual property. This could include trademarks, logos, copyrighted content, proprietary software, designs, trade secrets, and any other assets owned by the company.

In such cases, Elggo bears no responsibility for the outcomes.
Elggo offers courses integrated with the school to enhance student’s mental well-being. However, it's important to note that Elggo is not a medical treatment, and its effect on students may vary. Elggo cannot be held responsible if the student does not experience any improvement or specific outcomes. The manner in which the school chooses to seek parental consent remains the school's prerogative.
The Services are not a substitute for professional medical or other expert advice and are not intended to provide such advice. Specifically, they are not a replacement for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. Elggo provides schools with annual subscriptions to its evidence-based well-being program for classrooms and self-paced learning. The pricing, which begins at 99 AED per student, may be subject to change over time to better align with specific services and requirements, ensuring flexibility. Additionally, a 20% profit sharing arrangement is available to schools.
The fundamental scope and sequence typically encompass approximately 8 hours or 8 advisory sessions, which can be integrated without significant disruption to the academic curriculum. However, schools retain the flexibility to select additional or alternative classes based on their specific needs and preferences. Please note that these program details may be subject to adjustment or change over time to better suit evolving requirements.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Platform/Website and of its Service without the Owner’s express prior written permission.
A. Misconduct
The relation between you and Elggo will be considered terminated if you engage in any form of misconduct, including but not limited to sharing sensitive information about students without permission.
B. Violation of terms
In the event of a violation of any of the following terms, the relation will be terminated without the need for any notice period.
C. Effect of termination
Upon termination, Elggo ceases to provide courses integrated with the school. If termination occurs before the end of the term, Elggo reserves the right to retain the annual subscriptions without issuing a refund. Additionally, Elggo holds the right to claim indemnity if the termination results in damage to Elggo, particularly due to the reasons specified in Sections A and B of this clause.
You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your account until the end of the current term. However, it's important to note that the decision to cancel is at your own discretion and responsibility, as Elggo will not issue any refunds.
We may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you once we make any changes. If you do not wish to accept the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law or choice of law principles, and to the extent applicable, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be the courts located in the United Arab Emirates.
You agree that in the event any article or part thereof of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid then said article or part shall be struck and all remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect.
